This Shipping Policy applies only to retail orders placed directly through the official Calithrex website. It does not apply to third-party marketplace orders, wholesale orders, project orders, offline quotation orders, distributor orders, or orders governed by a separate written agreement, quotation, invoice term, or contract.

Shipping Coverage
Calithrex primarily sells to customers in the United States and Canada.
For in-stock retail product orders shipped within the United States or Canada, standard shipping is generally free unless otherwise stated on the product page, checkout page, or written order confirmation.
Customized products, special-configuration products, and products shipped directly from China are not covered by the free-shipping policy unless Calithrex confirms otherwise in writing.
Customers in other countries or regions may contact Calithrex before ordering. Depending on product configuration and destination, Calithrex may support customized power cords or plug types for the customer's country or region. International shipping outside the United States and Canada is not free by default. Customers must confirm the available shipping method and pay the applicable shipping cost before the order is processed.
Shipping Methods
Calithrex may fulfill orders through one or more of the following channels:
- MCF multi-warehouse fulfillment
- US overseas warehouse FBM fulfillment
- Direct shipment from China for customized or special-configuration products
Calithrex will choose the most suitable fulfillment channel based on inventory location, delivery address, product type, and order conditions. Customers generally cannot choose a specific warehouse for in-stock retail products.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For US domestic shipments, delivery is usually completed within approximately 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier service. Delivery times for Canada may vary depending on destination, province, customs handling, and carrier conditions.
Customized products, special-configuration products, and China-direct shipments may require additional production, handling, and transportation time. The estimated timeline will be confirmed before or during order processing.
Custom and China-Direct Shipping
For customized products or products shipped directly from China, customers may need to choose and pay for the shipping method. Available options may include:
- Air freight
- Sea freight
- Slow sea shipping
- Fast sea shipping
The available method, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time must be confirmed with Calithrex before the order is processed.
Shipping Outside the United States and Canada
For other countries or regions, customers may contact Calithrex to confirm product availability, compatible power cord or plug customization, and available shipping methods.
International orders outside the United States and Canada are not free-shipping orders by default. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and must confirm the shipping method with Calithrex before the order is processed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is delayed, returned, refused, lost, or requires re-shipment because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, unreachable recipient, or customer-side delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, return, storage, or re-shipment costs.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
For standard in-stock products, an order may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.
Customized products, special-configuration products, and China-direct custom orders cannot be canceled once production, procurement, special handling, or shipping preparation has started, unless Calithrex confirms otherwise in writing.
