Frequently asked questions
Find the model code on your product label, order confirmation, or product packaging, then select the matching model above. If you are unsure, send our support team a photo of the product and its label.
A plug-in installation connects to a suitable wall outlet, while a hardwired installation is connected directly to the electrical circuit. Hardwired work should be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local codes.
Mechanical mounting may be suitable for an experienced installer, but electrical connections must follow the product manual and local regulations. We recommend a qualified electrician for hardwired installation.
Turn the unit off and allow it to cool. Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and dry it completely. Do not use abrasive pads, corrosive cleaners, or harsh chemicals on the finish.
In most cases, this is because prolonged high-temperature operation has triggered the thermostat’s self-protection mode, causing the unit to shut off automatically. Please disconnect the power and let the unit rest and cool down for one hour before turning it back on.
Coverage depends on the product, finish, installation environment, and care. Contact our team with your model and order details so we can review the specific warranty terms that apply.
Warranty coverage varies by product and purchase channel. Please keep your order confirmation and contact our support team with the model number for the applicable warranty information.
Email our support team with your model number, the part you need, and a clear photo when possible. We will confirm compatibility and the next available service option.
