Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for the intended installation environment and that installation complies with local electrical, building, and safety requirements.
Concealed wiring, hardwired installation, fixed circuit connection, or any installation involving electrical wiring must be performed by a qualified electrician.
Customized Products
Customized products, special-configuration products, and China-direct custom orders may involve special production, handling, shipping, or payment terms.
Such orders may not be cancellable, returnable, or exchangeable once production, procurement, special handling, or shipping preparation has started, unless the product has a confirmed quality issue, shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect item.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calithrex is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from website use, product use, installation, delivery delays, third-party service failures, payment provider issues, carrier issues, customs issues, or customer-side misuse.
