This Warranty & Installation Safety Policy applies only to retail orders placed directly through the official Calithrex website. It does not apply to third-party marketplace orders, wholesale orders, project orders, offline quotation orders, distributor orders, or orders governed by a separate written agreement, quotation, invoice term, or contract.

Limited Warranty
Calithrex provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
This warranty applies to qualifying manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
What the Warranty May Cover
The limited warranty may cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Heating function failure caused by product quality issues
- Electrical component failure caused by product quality issues
- Product quality-related functional abnormalities under normal use
Calithrex will review each claim based on the order record, product condition, installation condition, submitted evidence, and the nature of the reported issue.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Installation performed by an unqualified person where a qualified electrician is required
- Failure to follow the product manual or installation instructions
- Human damage, drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, or alteration
- Damage caused by improper cleaning products, corrosive chemicals, or abrasive tools
- Scratches, discoloration, corrosion, or normal wear caused by improper maintenance or use
- Voltage, wiring, circuit, power supply, or external electrical issues
- Damage caused by immersion, high-pressure washing, or use beyond the IPX4 protection level
- Damage or loss caused by non-compliance with local electrical, building, or safety requirements
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, contact service@calithrex.com and provide:
- Order number
- Purchase email
- Product photos
- Clear description of the issue
- Video showing the issue where applicable
- Photos of the installation environment
- Installation or electrician-related proof where reasonably required for concealed wiring or hardwired installation
Calithrex may request additional information to determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty.
Warranty Solutions
If a claim is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, Calithrex may provide one or more of the following solutions:
- Replacement parts
- Replacement product
- Repair guidance
- Return and replacement
- Other reasonable solution based on the product condition and issue
The warranty solution will be determined by Calithrex after reviewing the claim.
Installation Requirements
Calithrex electric towel racks are electrical appliances. Customers must read the product manual and follow all applicable local electrical, building, and safety requirements.
Concealed wiring, hardwired installation, fixed circuit connection, or any installation involving electrical wiring must be performed by a qualified electrician.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location, circuit, voltage, wiring method, wall structure, waterproofing conditions, and local compliance requirements are suitable for the product.
IPX4 Water Protection
Products marked with IPX4 are designed to resist normal bathroom splashes and everyday shower-area splashing conditions.
IPX4 does not mean the product can be immersed in water, soaked, exposed to continuous direct water flow, or cleaned with high-pressure water.
Do not install or use the product in places where it may be submerged, exposed to standing water, or directly hit by high-pressure water.
Safety Notice
For safe use:
- Do not cover the power connection area
- Do not allow children to operate the product without supervision
- Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the product without authorization
- Do not use corrosive cleaners, abrasive tools, or improper chemicals
- Stop using the product immediately if there is abnormal smell, abnormal heat, visible damage, suspected electrical leakage, or any other safety concern
- Contact Calithrex or a qualified electrician if any electrical or installation issue is suspected
Damage, accident, injury, loss, or product failure caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or non-compliance with local requirements may not be covered by the warranty.
