This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to retail orders placed directly through the official Calithrex website. It does not apply to third-party marketplace orders, wholesale orders, project orders, offline quotation orders, distributor orders, or orders governed by a separate written agreement, quotation, invoice term, or contract.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact service@calithrex.com and provide the order number, purchase email, return reason, product photos, packaging photos, and any other information reasonably requested by Calithrex.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In the original protective packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, mounting parts, and included items
  • In a condition suitable for resale

Installed, used, damaged, incomplete, modified, or improperly packaged products may be rejected for return or may be subject to a deduction.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-quality-related returns, including but not limited to wrong size, changed mind, no longer needed, ordering the wrong product, or customer-side preference changes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue, shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect item sent by Calithrex, Calithrex will provide a reasonable solution and may cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

Restocking and Processing Fee

For eligible non-quality-related returns, Calithrex may deduct a 10% to 15% restocking or processing fee from the refund. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, warehouse processing, and resale preparation.

The exact deduction may depend on the product condition, order type, packaging condition, and return handling cost.

Refunds

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, remote-area fees, extra service fees, and other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue, shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect item.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment platform.

Customized Products

Customized products, special-configuration products, and China-direct custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable unless the product has a confirmed quality issue, shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect the package, product, accessories, and included items as soon as the order is delivered.

If an item arrives damaged, has missing parts, or is incorrect, the customer must contact service@calithrex.com within 7 days after delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the full product
  • Close-up photos of the damaged, missing, or incorrect area
  • Unboxing video or issue video where available
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Description of the missing or incorrect item

If the issue is confirmed by Calithrex, Calithrex may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, a return and refund, or another reasonable solution.

If the issue is not reported within 7 days after delivery, Calithrex may be unable to verify whether the issue occurred during shipping or after delivery, and free replacement or re-shipment may not be available.
